Do you take money from the dealer?
No. Not a referral fee, not a kickback, nothing. You are the only person who pays us, which is exactly why we can push hard on your behalf.
What if I do not buy anything?
Your deposit is fully refundable until we start contacting dealers. After that the fee is earned, because the work is done by then whether or not you sign. You are never obligated to buy a car we bring you.
Do you sell me the car?
No, and this matters. We never take title, never hold the car, and never sell it to you. You buy from the licensed dealer or private seller directly. We work for you as a consultant on your side of the table.
Why is the fee tiered by car value?
Because the work scales with the car. A rare spec above $150,000 means more channels, deeper documentation, and often a specialist inspection several states away. The fee is still fixed at the tier, so it never rises with what you actually pay.
Can you find a car outside Tennessee?
Most of the time we do. The right spec is rarely sitting on a Nashville lot. We arrange an independent inspection near the car, get numbers in writing, handle the out-of-state paperwork, and book transport.
What about my trade-in?
Add $150 and we shop it separately. Dealers routinely quote a strong price on the new car and quietly make it back on your trade. Separate written numbers stop that.
Can you help with financing?
We compare the terms you are offered and say plainly when a rate or term length is worse than it looks. We are not a lender and sell no finance products, so we gain nothing either way.
How long does it take?
A common late-model car often takes a week or two. A specific colour and option combination can take a month. A classic worth owning takes as long as it takes. You get an honest estimate on the first call, not a flattering one.
