Bespoke Vehicle Sourcing

The exact car you want.
Found for you.

Tell me the spec. I find the car, vet it, negotiate it, and handle the paperwork. A small retainer to start. One percent at delivery, only if you buy.

Client defined spec Nationwide search Delivered in Nashville

You stop scrolling listings

Tell me the spec once. I work dealer networks, auction channels, and private inventory until the right car surfaces.

Every car gets checked

History, service records, option codes, and an independent inspection. I know what a rebuilt title or a resprayed panel actually costs you.

You sign, and that is all

I handle the dealer, the price, the paperwork, and transport. Your part is one call, one signature, and the keys.

Section 01 · The Process

Six steps from spec to keys.

Every commission runs the same sequence, and nothing moves without your word.

01

Consultation

Twenty minutes. Make, model, years, drivetrain, the options you care about, and your ceiling.

NO CHARGE. If I cannot realistically find it, I say so on this call.

02

Retainer and Brief

You approve a written spec sheet. That document is what I am held to.

OPENS THE SEARCH. Credited in full against the one percent if you buy.

03

The Search

Dealer inventory, auction channels, private sellers, and out-of-state stock. The whole country, not one lot.

YOU GET A SHORTLIST. Window sticker, history report, and my honest read on each one.

04

Verification

Option codes checked against the build sheet, title and accident history pulled, independent inspection arranged.

SPEC CONFIRMED, NOT ASSUMED. Dealers mislabel trims constantly.

05

Negotiation

I talk to the dealer, not you. Out-the-door price, junk fees, trade value, financing terms.

NO SHOWROOM. You approve a number in writing and nothing above it.

06

Paperwork and Delivery

Agreement reviewed, payment coordinated, Tennessee title and registration handled, transport booked.

ONE PERCENT DUE HERE. On the final price, only because you bought.

Section 02 · Terms

Two numbers. Nothing from the dealer.

I am paid by you and only by you. That is exactly why I can argue against them.

On engagement

Retainer

A flat fee agreed on our first call. It covers my time either way, and every dollar comes off the one percent.

On delivery, only if you buy

1%of final sale price

On a $60,000 car that is $600, less the retainer you already placed. Walk away and you owe nothing more.

Example. I deliver a car at a negotiated $72,000. The fee is $720, less the retainer already held.

Section 03 · The Principal

A car person, first and last.

I am the person friends call before they buy a car. The one who knows which model year fixed the gearbox and which dealer add-on is pure margin. At some point it stopped being a favor and became a business.

Car buying is broken in one specific way. You know exactly what you want, and the market makes it absurdly hard to go and get it. I would rather spend three weeks hunting the right car than hand you whatever is convenient this Saturday.

Every commission is handled by me. No team, no call center, no volume target.

Section 04 · What I Source

If it has a VIN, it can be found.

Most commissions take one of three shapes. If yours is stranger, that is the more interesting search.

A white Audi R8 outside a concrete house

Performance and Sports

The right engine, gearbox, and options. Manuals and low-production trims are where a real search pays for itself.

A dark green Jaguar E-Type on a country driveway

Classic and Collector

Condition and provenance over price. Documentation, matching numbers, honest survivors rather than a shiny respray.

Luxury and Family

Third rows, tow ratings, driver assistance. The trim that actually includes the feature you want.

Section 05 · The Range

The kind of cars worth hunting.

A sense of the range, not a portfolio.

Client Intake

Tell me the car.

The more precise you are, the better the search. Fields marked are required.

01 · Your Details

02 · The Vehicle

Option codes, package names, wheel sizes, a year you will not go below. All of it narrows the search.

03 · The Call
Which days suit you?

And which times?
